Digital Project Management

The Digital Age has brought on transformation of business world based on internet and enabling technologies. This transformation requires new methods and tools to plan and lead digital projects. This course will train you on key concepts, processes, practices, methods and tools that are required to lead a project in digital age. You will learn how projects are transformed from using traditional methods to using what is known as digital lifecycle.
