Predictive Projects Simulation

The Predictive Projects Simulation course uses simulation software to teach students how to practice plan-driven (predictive) project management in real-life situations. This hands-on course will provide you with an opportunity to practice project management skills necessary to work as a project manager or a coordinator. You will practice how to initiate, plan, execute and control a project in a simulated and risk-free environment. Using various project scenarios, you will apply the various project management skills, methods and techniques that are utilized in a real-world project situation.

Course Requirements:

• Project Management background, education or certifications such as PMP®, CAPM®, etc.
• Windows laptop
• Simulation software license (to be purchased through Uloom Training)

Course Content:

1. Introduction to PTB Simulation tool and hands-on practice using a simple project scenario
2. Practice project planning and execution using an intermediate complex project scenario
3. Practice project planning, execution, and control using a medium complex scenario
4. Practice project management skills using an advanced project scenario

Course Delivery:

• Format: Instructor-led Online or In-person
• Delivery: 2 full-day sessions on weekends
